Transform our strategic recommendations into industrialized products
01.Brief
We work closely with KINVENT on the design and development of a range of 6 rehabilitation products and accessories for healthcare professionals. Our approach, blending strategy and operational design, aims to enhance the products and help the company transition from a startup to an innovative SME. Collaboration with their technical team has enabled us to deploy a robust solution while advancing the perceived quality of the products.
02.From Startup to Innovative SME: The synergy between strategy, design, and technology.
We first conduct a thorough diagnosis to establish a solid foundation. This process involves analyzing existing strengths, studying the competition, determining the brand’s objectives, recommending appropriate design projects, and guiding the teams through the necessary transition.
We identify 16 areas of focus, such as:
- Creating a new product and strategic framework for the brand.
- Enhancing user experiences (for healthcare professionals and their patients).
- Streamlining information to the essentials for an immersive and easy-to-use experience.
- Increasing perceived quality in line with pricing policies.
- Creating continuity across the entire range.
Our goal is to transform strategic recommendations into concrete operational projects. To achieve this, we collaborate with KINVENT's UI designers and graphic designers to implement a shared vision.
03.Complete diagnosis for operational and tangible projects
Throughout the project, we analyze the diversity of use cases by immersing ourselves in the medical field. We conduct tests using both formal and functional prototypes with physical trainers, sports physiotherapists, and everyday physiotherapists to define the expected benefits for patients.
These immersions allow us to be responsive, improve concepts, and refine design choices such as ergonomics, functionality, and product architecture.

04.UX & Product Design
We work on both the design of physical objects and digital interfaces to create a seamless experience for users. The interface facilitates effective communication between the coach/physiotherapist and the athlete/patient. It allows for clear tracking of exercises performed, habits adopted, and progress achieved. KINVENT aims to showcase to users the variety of exercises available, which will be regularly updated. To answer those needs, we designed the Kinvent product with the following characteristics:
- Easy handling.
- Refined ergonomics for intensive use.
- Curved and generous shapes differentiate the various usage areas.
- Subtle textures to enhance perceived quality.
- Colors are also carefully chosen to reinforce the product line's identity.
- Products are compact and easily transportable.
- Adapted to mobile use, even for patients confined to their homes.
05.Launch and success
The product range and its accessories were successfully launched among healthcare professionals, receiving very positive feedback from end users. The perceived quality and user experience were particularly praised, as well as the consistency across the different devices in the range.
Through coordinated and agile efforts, executed with speed and precision, the team effectively established a productive environment that supported their fundraising objectives.
