
Strengthening the sport‑tech health offering through User Research
01.Brief
A partner of Kinvent for the past 5 years, Entreautre continues its support at a key moment in the company's evolution: expanding its offering beyond rehabilitation to include physical preparation and re-athleticization. The challenge: to design a continuity of care up to intensive sport, while maintaining a clear and consistent identity.


02.Explore uses to guide strategy
To address this new market, we conducted a user research approach: field observations, user interviews, and analysis of competing products. Kinvent adopted simple practices, such as photographing physiotherapists' offices during their rounds, to anchor each decision in a real-life context.


03.Ensure range consistency
The design language defined with Kinvent four years ago remains a solid benchmark. Its clean lines and precise colors guarantee comfort and performance, while strengthening the brand's identity. This sustainable choice ensures Kinvent has a consistent, clear, and long-term product range.


04.Design a versatile device
K-POWER is a compact, multi-purpose device. Designed for re-athleticism and athletic performance, it measures key metrics like explosiveness and speed. Its rounded shape makes it easy to apply, and its large illuminated area makes feedback visible from afar, opening up new training practices.



05.Streamlining the practitioner‑patient experience
La Kinvent App, diffusée depuis 4 ans, a révélé un besoin clé : simplifier la gestion des patients et des programmes. Un workshop en Grèce avec les équipes de développement et marketing a permis de repenser les workflows. Désormais, les praticiens génèrent instantanément des programmes adaptés, faciles à suivre pour eux comme pour leurs patients.


06.Make the brand visible in the office
Kinvent accessories are often put away after use, which reduces their visibility. To address this, we designed Station: furniture adapted to rehabilitation exercises. Three levels of layout were designed, making Kinvent products visible and central to daily practice, while allowing patients to gain autonomy in their exercises.
