CAELI ENERGIE tackles the issue of the carbon impact of air conditioning. Reducing CO2 emissions from cooling by 85% and eliminating the use of refrigerant gases.
The challenge is met with the introduction of CAELI ONE—a true revolution in the sector: no external unit, five times the efficiency of traditional air conditioning, the product consumes only water and few electricity.
This project perfectly aligns with Entreautre's vision about the sustainable future: providing a positive response to an environmental challenge, and we are very proud to have supported the CAELI ENERGIE team since 2021 on product strategy, brand identity, and product design.

Building a brand identity
In our discussions with Rémi and Stéphane, the founders of CAELI, we immediately grasped the importance they place on the values of sobriety and precision, which are essential to their project and brand. Inspired by low-tech technologies and the principle of water evaporation to generate cool air, CAELI has developed a high-performance system that revolutionizes air conditioning.
We incorporated this innovation in a unique brand signature, with 360° air diffusion around the control panel.
Choosing low-impact materials is one of the pillars of building the brand identity. For the facade of CAELI ONE, we worked with Varian® —a bio-based material woven from flax and PLA— which can be thermoformed and perfectly conveys the natural intent of the product and the "simple" principle of water evaporation.
Design in the Service of Simplicity
CAELI ONE project is a perfect fit for Entreautre: transforming "deep tech" innovation into a product offering and creating the foundation for the brand identity.

Through workshops, we found answers from a community of experts, influencers, and potential users. This work allowed the leaders to clarify the positioning and strengthen their decision to launch CAELI ONE.
Then, we focused on the product design and established a dialogue with the technical teams to work together until the project was industrialized. Significant development efforts were made to keep the product compact and efficient.
The user interface is reduced to its simplest expression and allows for dual physical and digital use through connection to a mobile app.
